People Management Workshop*

Are you a graduate student transitioning to a post-doctoral or industry
research position?  Starting your own laboratory? Graduating and seeking a
career in business or communications?   Interested in a promotion?  Or just
looking to have a more productive working relationship with your
colleagues?  If so, one critical skill needed to advance in any of these
roles is an understanding of how to effectively manage other people.

*Time: 6:30-7:00pm Networking Reception, 7:00-8:30pm Workshop followed by
Question and Answer Session

*Location: A/B Conference Room in the Atrium of 8045 Lamon Avenue, Illinois
Science and Technology Park, Skokie IL.*

*Topic: *This is a customized, 90-minute interactive workshop.  Topics
covered will include: people management (in industry and academia), how to
get noticed for promotions and advance into management positions.
Registrants have the capability to tailor additional programming to their
