AWIS Chicago Fall Networking Kick-off

Come meet and mingle with other scientists from academia and industry in the
Chicagoland area.
Dr. Brenda Russell, 2010 iCON awardee will talk about the challenges and
rewards of her successful career path.

Physiology, Biophysics, Bioengineering and Medicine, and Executive Associate
Vice Chancellor for Research, University of Illinois at Chicago

 Cost: $10 for members, $15 for non-members with advance registration, $20
at the door
Light refreshments will be provided.
Non-members who join AWIS Chicago during the event will be refunded the
difference in their registration fee.

Complimentary tickets to Women on Course Event

AWIS-Chicago has two complimentary tickets (normally $30 to a guest and $20
for a member) to a networking Fashion Luncheon
on Saturday, October 16th (11:30am-1:30pm) at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse in
Chicago.
Women on Course produces national events to introduce business women to the
golf lifestyle and our popular lunch format is a fun way for women with an
interest in the game and experienced golfers alike.  The golf lifestyle
offers many benefits beyond getting the ball into the hole, and Women on
Course focuses on the social, fitness and business benefits of the game.
