are also hosting a career development lecture in May, and WIS wants your
feedback.

We are now accepting nominations for our annual Innovator Award. If you know
of a woman who has made a significant impact in science in Chicago, please
let us know! Past Awardees have included Dr. Alicia Loffler of Northwestern
University and Dr. Tijana Rajh of Argonne National Laboratories



Criteria:

A female scientist with innovative contributions to the field of science

Geographically located within the Greater Chicago area

Demonstrated service and support of women in science

AWIS membership is not required

Nominees will be discussed by the AWIS Chicago board and a winner will be
chosen
