<div style="TEXT-ALIGN: center"><font color="#000000">The national AWIS organization is hosting a web-based program entitled "When making a lateral move<br>is a good idea!" on Tuesday January 11 at 1:00 PM EST.  <br>
 <br>The speaker will be Dr. Donna J. Dean, Ph.D, an independent consultant who focuses on career enhancement and mentoring strategies.  The talk will be aimed primarily at people in early to mid-career, but anyone is welcome to sign up.<br>
 <br>The cost is $99, but FREE to AWIS members. Registration information can be found under the Programs & Events tab on <a href="http://www.awis.org/">www.awis.org</a> (click on "Calendar of Events").</font></div>
