Join AWIS, the Chicago Council on Science and Technology, Chientist, ChiTownBio, and the Illinois Science Council for our second joint event: an evening of networking, socializing, and science.
We’re going to start with an amazing panel of local scientists and educators who are creating spaces for citizen scientists and blazing paths for everyone to partake in generating data that can be used to advance our world of knowledge and advocate for the world we want to see. We’ll follow the panel with a networking and discussions about how we can all work together to make Chicagoland more sustainable and ecologically progressive.
Registration is not required but is appreciated. Our speakers will be announced soon, and we are excited to be hosting our event in collaboration with the Chicago Public Libraries at the auditorium of the Sulzer Regional Branch of the Chicago Public Library! Doors open at 6:00, but the panel will begin around 6:30!
